Bf 110D-2 serial number 3335 crashed near Fliegerplatz Aalborg Ost 20/5 1941.


The aircraft belonged to 1./ Erg. Zerst. Gruppe Värlöse and was coded A2+NL.
T/o Aalborg Ost Op: Feindflug.


The Bf 110 that was marked 13 suffered from engine failure and crashed near Signalbakken hill when approaching Aalborg Ost at 21:41 hours killing the crew.
The Bf 110 was 100% damaged.

Pilot Feldwebel Heinz Nitschke and Wop Gefreiter Albrecht König were laid to rest in Frederikshavn cemetery on 24/5 1941.
