The aircraft crashed near København due to pilot error and was a 100% loss.

Pilot Oberfeldwebel Fritz Wagner and Engineer Oberfeldwebel Friedrich Günter died and were laid to rest in København Vestre cemetery while Navigator Leutnant z. See Helmut Scholz was injured.
