Ju 88A-4 serial number 2214 emergency landed near Vester Hassing 30/6 1943.


The aircraft belonged to 13/ KG 30 and was coded ?
T/o Aalborg West. Op: Training.


The Ju 88 was approaching from the east when it made an emergency landing near “Kærsgaard” farm.
It landed in a meadow belonging to “Lunden” farm due to engine failure and was 80% damaged.

During the landing it hit a horse with the still rotating propeller and cut its head off.


The JU 88 crew was unharmed.
