Ju 88 crashed during landing at Fliegerhorst Kastrup 23/8
1943.
The aircraft belonged to 12./ NJG 3 and was coded D5+MX.
T/o Grove. Op: Transfer.
Leutnant Hermann Stock with the crew of Wop Gefreiter Willy Eiben and Engineer
Unteroffizier Heinz Philipp took off from Fliegerhorst Grove at 21:47 hours for
a transfer flight to Fliegerhorst Kastrup.
Upon landing at 22:30 hours the Ju 88 stood on its nose and was 30% damaged.
The crew was unharmed.
