Bf 109G emergency landed east of Faaborg 9/10 1943.


The aircraft belonged to Stab II/ JG 11 and was coded + o >
T/o Marx ? Op: Feindflug.


The Bf 109 belly landed in a turnips field belonging to Nakkebølle Farm some 8 kilometres east southeast of Faaborg at 11:50 hours.
 
The pilot suffered from a few brushes but the aircraft was less than 10% damaged.
It is reported that the site was cleared and released on 15/10 1943.
