Ju 88A-4 serial number 4001 emergency landed near Hjallerup 24/10 1943.


The aircraft belonged to IV./ KG 30 and was coded ?
T/o Aalborg West. Op: Training.


The aircraft was seen coming from the west and belly landed just west of the Engly farm about three kilometres south of Hjallerup. The left wing touched the ground and the aircraft turned towards north.

The crew were unharmed and the aircraft was 20% damaged.
The aircraft is reported to have been dismantled and removed by the Luftwaffe on 28/10.
