Bf 109G-6 serial number 412118 crashed southeast of Aalborg 30/8 1944.

The aircraft belonged to 1./ JG 102 and was coded ?
T/o Fliegerplatz Aalborg Ost.  Op: Training.
 

Student Pilot Fähnrich Günther Krüger was on a training flight when he hit some electrical wires.  He attempted a emergency landing in a field belonging to „Tornhøjgaard“ farm at Nørre Tranders south of Aalborg at approx. 20:00 hrs. The landing failed and he was still in the Bf 109G when it burned.

Fähnrich Günther Krüger was laid to rest in Frederikshavn cemetery on 6/9 1944.
