Mishaps on and around Fliegerhorst Avnø fall 1940.

The planes belonged to 3./Fl.Ausb.Rgt 22.
T/o Avnø. Op: Training.

They were apparently all less than 10 % damaged.

 

Fw 45 DB+YJ ended up standing on its nose. Apart from a a broken propeller no serious damage. Pilot was Paul Schulze.

 Fw 56 TC+PK flipped over on its back. Pilot “Bello” Pfetzer.

Fw 44 KJ+OD ripped the landing gear off during landing. Pilot Eichin broke a leg.
